Original coral frames showing significant growth after one year

In April of 2018 we installed rebar frames to stabilize rubble in an area of degraded reef crest on the northern shoreline of Nusa Lembongan. After a year of monitoring we are seeing promising growth of our Acropora transplants on the structures. Each transplant started as a fragment with an average size around 80mm. Now a year later the transplants are averaging 250-300mm with multiple branches!
